My name is Craig McEwen, a 7 year NFL veteran, Super Bowl #22 Champion, Tight End with the Washington Redskins from 1987 till 1989 and with the San Diego Chargers from 1989 till 1991, and also with the Amsterdam Admirals 1995 World Bowl runner-up.

For the past few months, I have been dragging through eighteen hour work days with limited energy and dwindling focus. I have cut my daytime insulin use to one half of what it used to be and I am down to 214 pounds from my 234... My body fat is 8%, I benched 225 pounds 18 times and ran a 54.8 second 400 meter the other day. Not bad for a soon to be 43 year old diabetic. I'm going to take my training to the next level over the next few months and see what I can accomplish... no man has ever run under his age in seconds in the 400 meter, I am a long way from that, but I am about ten years away from giving it a whirl and all I am taking is Passion 4 Life... can you imagine?

I am 57 years old; needless to say the years have been catching up to me. I've been surfing all my life, 10 years of it in Hawaii. I've also skied most of my life. 10 years in the Rocky mountains!
