The truth is taking vitamin pills were making me sick! As one of Jehohovah's witnesses, I'm constantly on the go in my volunteer teaching, translating and social work. And since all of this is done in a foreign language (Vietnamese) I exert much energy and so get easily drained both mentally and physically by the end of the days.
